My recent stay at Petit Hostal in Ancud was truly exceptional. Not only did Marcelo, the owner, go above and beyond by returning the sim cards I had inadvertently left in my room, but the cozy single room I stayed in was immaculately clean and had a wonderfully efficient heating system. The small but well-equipped shared kitchen was a great convenience, allowing me to prepare some light meals during my stay. I must commend the flat-screen TV in my room, offering an array of English channels and even providing a relaxing escape with English language movies on HBO on a quiet Sunday. The close proximity to excellent dining options, such as La Nana, La Botica de Cafe, and Q'ilu Restobar, made exploring the local culinary scene a delight. Petit Hostal truly exceeded all my expectations with its thoughtful amenities and impeccable service, making for an unforgettable and highly satisfying stay in Ancud.
